Yuzo is building the foundational rails for BTCFi, unlocking DeFi primitives and real-world asset integration. Our vision is to transform Bitcoin’s trillion-dollar idle capital into a productive financial ecosystem.

In the near term, we are focused on expanding core infrastructure, developing AI-powered no-code tools for creators and institutions, and driving adoption through strategic partnerships. Our roadmap includes launching scalable DeFi applications, and building the compliance frameworks needed for institutional entry.

Long term, Yuzo aims to establish Bitcoin as the leading settlement layer for global financial products, with BTCFi powering everything from on-chain credit markets to tokenized RWAs.

Auction funds, liquidity management and token distributions are governed through a combination of multi-sig wallets and smart contracts, ensuring a safe and fair post-TGE environment for all parties.

How the Auction Works

Fair Pricing Model

This auction uses a single clearing price. Everyone receives tokens at one unified final price determined by the total BTC raised at the end of the auction.

Example

If the auction ends at 8 BTC, the implied fully diluted valuation (FDV) is:

FDV=8 BTC÷10%=80 BTC

All auction participants receive tokens at this same 80 BTC implied market cap, regardless of when they contributed.

Minimum Raise for Launch

The auction must raise at least 1 BTC to succeed.

If this minimum is reached, the auction settles normally. If not, the auction is failed and all contributions are refunded.
